Tracking cists, you can spice up your family walks in a very surprising!
This website offers thousands of puzzles to solve to find little treasures hidden throughout France ... the site is so successful that you will find cist not necessarily very far from home.
The concept is not new but it is really worth knowing.
Treasure:
is a big word, but it's fun to find a box with goodies. Obviously there is no question of taking it, but to exchange a small object that you brought with you against one of the smallest objects in the box.
(One can imagine a ball against a shell for example)
How does it work?
* With a few clicks, find a cyst located in the area geographic interests you
* Solve the puzzle and find items before leaving (you better have done some research, if you are needle referring to historical example), pick up a map .. .
Here lies the interest for all ages!
* Once you reach the starting point of the walk, you can expect to find some clues again (either from the start, either way)
The trip will be punctuated by the research: children are actively involved and do not see pass the time.
* The highlight will be well Obviously the discovery of the treasure, at a bend, under a stone behind a small chapel ...
worry, if you're new to the field, the cysts are classified by difficulty level: easy cists rather choose who you will not turn round and engage your kids!
We tested cysts:
* A first in the Vercors while our little one was still in a sling. A good goal to walk when trying to occupy some days too long with a little guy who deigns to take a nap by: finally, it I who exulted in scraping snow and moving the stones to find the treasure!
Timothy and his dad on the right track ...
* More recently, in the Nord-Isère: Timothy is now 5 years old and he really took that in. We, we were happy to find a new goal to explore the many walking trails hiking near our present and especially not hear every 5 minutes: "Daddy, carry me!", "Mommy, I hurt the legs, take a break?"
